I have many good memories with my nan, but one of the happiest times of my life, and with her, was when we would drive in Cyprus in the Troodos mountains. We would have the windows down and the warm air would blast around the car and our hair, Abba would be playing at full volume, and the views were utterly breath-taking. We'd singing along without a care in the world, nan was a fast but good driver, and despite some of the narrow and windy turns we'd have to make her speed never worried me, I trusted her driving whole-heartedly and the sharp turns were a lot of fun. I enjoyed these simple yet so utterly emotion-filled times with her very much, and will remember them for as long as I live x
